John Biddulph was born in Ledbury, Herefordshire, in 1806, the son of John Biddulph and his wife Augusta née Roberts. He lived in Swansea .... and married Emma Maria, daughter of William Chambers of Llanelli. He served as a JP and a Deputy Lieutenant for the county of Glamorgan.
